I sincerely hope you are staying healthy and doing great!
Rather than sharing a tint of inspiration and optimism today, as we usually do every Monday morning, Montse and me wanted to take the foot off the accelerator for a minute and take a moment to open up to you, our wholehearted community. We wanted to let you know how thankful we are for your support and how your encouragement is taking us to explore the limits of our imagination, creativity, and capacity.
It’s your support that is enabling us to keep advancing our purpose of encouraging people and organizations around the world to lead with purpose. It’s each one of you that enable us to fulfill our mission of sharing stories and insights that inspire people, communities, and companies all across the globe to make a positive impact in the diverse ecosystems in which they operate.
Today, Montse and me wanted to share with you how Topic Insights is growing and how excited we are for what’s awaiting ahead in our horizon.
I wanted to take the foot off the accelerator and take a moment to open up and express how it’s your support that’s encouraging us to explore the limits of our imagination, creativity, and capacity.
HOW TOPIC INSIGHTS IS GROWING
Website Optimization
Recently, we have partnered with Gloss Tech, a Colorado-based Strategic Digital Marketing Agency that will empower Topic Insights’ website optimization in terms of design, performance, security, and sustainability. Gloss Tech will be helping us further build and develop its website to be able to spread our impact to further communities. Our team fiercely believes that partnering with Gloss Tech is a step in the right direction. Our new website will fuel Topic Insights’ horizon.
Growing Our Expertise
At the same time, I wanted to give a warm welcome to Marcos Brakenridge, Roberto Peralta, and Avery Hutcheson , who have joined Topic Insights’ team in the last month.
Marcos Brakenridge will be Topic Insights’ Chief Operating Officer. He has not only been a close friend, but also a powerful influence for those around him. Marcos, who has previously worked in the automotive industry and is currently pursuing his BBA in Business Administration at Kansas University, will be taking on Topic Insights’ new growth and development strategies as well as continue sharing his unique insights about how we can stand up and step up for the one thing we all have in common: our Earth.
Roberto Peralta, a dear friend and colleague, will take the reins of Topic Insights’ Affiliate Marketing team and inspire our community by raising awareness of products, services, and companies that, through their business, seek to change the world. Roberto has recently graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BBA in Business Management and has worked in the past for insurance and tech companies.
Avery Hutcheson will boost our team’s marketing efforts and growth strategies after joining us as our Happiness Hero Intern. Avery, who is currently in her junior year at Loyola University Chicago pursuing a BBA in Marketing, has previously worked in the PR industry and is currently serving as a retail leader for Lululemon. Her energy, passion, and curiosity will, without a doubt, propel Topic Insights forward!

Welcoming Dr. Stacy Neier Beran!
I am honored to announced that Dr. Stacy Neier Beran from Loyola University Chicago will be sharing her thoughts, ideas, and immense expertise on design thinking and market research with the Topic community. As a former student of Dr. Beran, I have no words to express how grateful I am for the way in which she has empowered me, and countless other of my fellow Ramblers, to embrace life as occurring at the intersection of curiosity, vulnerability, and empathy.
Dr. Beran is without a doubt one the most uplifting and empowering people I’ve met. I am beyond excited for what she is preparing to share with our readers and sincerely hope this is just the first of many other articles she inspires our community with.
Dr. Beran will also be including some of her students’ excerpts, ideas, and work in her contributions in an effort to empower students to keep exploring and re-imagining the fascinating and transformative power of design thinking.
Dr. Beran encourages us to see life through a Day 1 mindset and as occurring at the intersection of curiosity, vulnerability, and empathy.

Topic Insights’ growth wouldn’t be complete without a boost in our social media sites. We are more than excited to announce that our social media follower-base have been almost doubling with each week that passes by. We want to both encourage you to follow us on our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages as well as to promise you we’ll keep delivering a tint of optimism and inspiration with each post. Our newly-appointed CCO, Maria Sol Flecha, is personally preparing a fascinating plan on how to keep engaging and inspiring each one you!
