I am currently a Junior at George Washington University looking to graduate with a Journalism and Mass Communications Major. Originally from the Dominican Republic, I moved to D.C to further my knowledge and gain new experiences in journalist work and politics. 

I interned for a semester at Somos Mundo Baltimore Latino, where I wrote and published monthly articles and compiled daily news summaries for their social media. My pieces were related to social injustices and political misinformation, both very important topics to me. Here, I got to refine my Spanish and English writing skills while gaining further confidence in my work.

My passion for writing comes from a desire to share knowledge and create meaningful discourse, whether that be about the best way to advance professionally or how to create a more sustainable future.
