I am a first-generation student who recently graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a BBA in Business Management. With a strong belief in serving others, I have been volunteering since I was a teenager.
My time helping others has helped me develop an honest and hardworking character, which has rewarded me with the opportunity to work in different settings for big and small industries. During my time at Loyola, I held a part-time position in a State Farm office, helping clients and potential clients find the best solutions that met their needs. Towards my junior year, I helped my dad with starting his own business in the trucking industry. Here, I learned the difference there was between working for a company and running a company.
After graduation, I landed an administrative position at Impact Networking, LLC. In the past few years, I have learned many lessons at work, school, and volunteering. The biggest lesson I have taken away from these experiences is that we all have an obligation to one another to be our best selves. My wish is that through Topic Insights, we can share the best of our partners and inspire our readers to pursue the best versions of themselves.
